In the dream I was browsing Youtube and find a video entitled something along the lines of BEST BAND PHOTO EVER BAND WITH FAN SO TOUCHING. The thumbnail is of a girl who has a large hole where her nose and mouth should be. She’s looking down with one hand near her face and is crying.

I click the video and rather than a band, there’s a huge, furry black dog standing in front of the camera. He looks at the person with the camera lovingly, and after a few seconds, a puff of red mist floats away from the back of his head, his eyes widen and he falls to the ground and the video ends. At first I can’t tell what happens, but then it hits me that he’s been shot.

Despite being scared hell, I watch the video again and this time things are much different.

Right as the dog is shot, I see a very fat man behind him go down with the dog. The man had been shot as well, but he was in worse shape than the dog. The camera pans over to the man lying on the ground.

He’s very mangled.

The camera pans over to some people, a bunch of drunken rednecks. They have been shot as well, but none seem to mind. In fact, the person with the camera walks over to a man wading in a pond, who shows that he’s lost his left eye. The eye socket isn’t bloody, but I notice that there’s a hole leading from the eye socket to under his jaw that I can see all the way through. The man treats the missing eye like a battle scar and sips on a can of beer that somehow appeared and laughed it over.

The shot dog suddenly floats up out of the water and snuggles with the man with the missing eye. The dog is missing his eyes and is bloody, but doesn’t seem to be in pain.

The camera pans over to the fat man who was shot along with the dog. The body has become even more mangled. The gore looks very realistic yet the bones look cartoony. You can’t even tell it was once a human body.

Then the dream ends.
